EduMarathon is an exclusive, high-impact student recruitment tour designed for international higher education institutions seeking direct access to highly motivated students in carefully selected regional cities across Romania. The concept moves beyond capital-centric recruitment by focusing on vibrant academic communities where engagement is stronger, more personal, and significantly more effective.
Each edition is intentionally limited to a maximum of four partner institutions, ensuring an elevated level of visibility, meaningful student interaction, and a controlled, high-quality recruitment environment. This is a premium format designed for institutions that value depth of engagement over volume.
What is included:
The EduMarathon package is a fully managed, end-to-end recruitment experience, including:
• Curated high school visits in each city, featuring presentations in some of the most relevant and academically strong high schools in the region
• Afternoon recruitment events in some selected cities, bringing together selected students interested in international study opportunities
• Transport between all cities throughout the full tour
• 3 nights of accommodation for one institutional delegate
• Full logistical coordination, scheduling, and on-the-ground operational support

EduMarathon is built around a refined dual-engagement model designed to maximize direct student access and institutional impact in every destination.
High School Visits (Morning Sessions)
In each city, participating institutions are invited to engage directly with students through structured visits to carefully selected high schools. These are among the most important and academically active schools in the region, ensuring access to students with strong educational profiles and genuine interest in international study pathways.
Afternoon Recruitment Events (in some selected cities)
These curated events bring together pre-identified students from multiple high schools who are actively exploring international education options.
Institutions benefit from a concentrated recruitment setting where they can deliver impactful short presentations, showcase their academic offer, distribute materials, and engage in direct one-to-one conversations with highly interested students.
EduMarathon Cities & Dates

• 14 October: Brasov
• 15 October: Sibiu
• 16 October: Return day to Bucharest
Each destination is strategically selected for its strong academic ecosystem and access to high-potential student audiences outside traditional capital recruitment circuits.
