PARTICIPATION FEE (one delegate package):4800 EUR includes:

• Lunch at the restaurant of the venue /can be packed lunch due to regulations/

• One table in the venue hall (6 sqm working space, 1 table 2-3 chairs). The Organizer reserves the right to amend the setup of the fair and build partition walls or construction units ( e.g. plastic booths) between the display area of each exhibitor with accordance to safety measurements and official local prescriptions for social distancing. (Organizer cannot be kept responsible for any changes that occur due to local regulations or regulations of the World Health Organization or another authority which has to be followed.)
• A branded banner (1 x 2.5m) behind the table  
• Assistant interpreter, who will be familiar with the programs offered by your organization and can assist you during your presentation or during lunchtime.
• Sophisticated lead collection system for pre-registration and scanning of visitors, incl. scanning devices

• A short profile of the organization on the Fair's website
• Listing the organization’s name in all printed materials for Direct marketing
• Extensive media coverage of the event, including the advertisement of the fair in local media (TV, radio, press, internet)
