PARTICIPATION FEE (one delegate package) includes:

• Assistant interpreter, who will be familiar with the programs offered by your organization and can assist you during your presentation or during lunch time.
• Sophisticated lead collection system for pre-registration and scanning of visitors, incl. scanning devices

• A short profile of the organization on the Fair's website
• Listing the organization’s name in all printed materials for Direct marketing
• Extensive media coverage of the event, including the advertisement of the fair in local media (TV, radio, press, internet)
